Dektos operates a compliance-first program from day one. Formal third-party certifications (e.g. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001) are part of our roadmap; current controls are modelled to these frameworks and documentation is available on request.

How is engagement priced?

Monthly per-specialist, billed in arrears. Pricing varies by role complexity, language requirements, and shift coverage. We share an exact quote after the discovery call — no list-price game.

What security and compliance controls do you follow?

HIPAA-aligned controls for medical work, a SOC 2-aligned control set, ISO 27001-aligned information-security practices, and GDPR data-processing addenda on request. Documentation isn't behind an NDA gate.

How long does it take to deploy a specialist?

Standard roles: about 14 business days from a signed SOW. Specialty roles (medical billing, paralegal, certified bookkeeper) take 21–30 days, depending on background screening and access to your systems.

Can we hire one specialist, or do you only do teams?

Both. We start as small as a single specialist for narrow workflows, and scale to a team as SOPs and trust are established.

What happens if a specialist isn't a fit?

Replacement at our cost within the first thirty days, no questions asked. Beyond that, performance issues are handled jointly via QA review — replacement is still our cost when it's warranted.

How are time zones handled?

We staff to your business hours by default. Overnight, follow-the-sun, and weekend coverage is available in any major time zone with two weeks of lead time.

What's the notice period for ending an engagement?

Thirty days for monthly engagements, sixty for annual. We help with handover documentation and knowledge transfer — no exit fees.

Do we need to provide tools and systems?

Yes — specialists work inside your stack (CRM, helpdesk, EMR, accounting platform, etc.). Most clients add them as standard licensed users. We don't bring our own software unless asked.
